When you use our site or work with BuildBeam, you’re agreeing to these terms.

• Power Platform & Microsoft 365 automation
• Custom apps and integrations
• Workshops & consulting

3. Your Part

• Provide accurate info
• Be responsive
• Respect deliverables
• Pay invoices on time

4. Intellectual Property

You own what we build for you. We retain tools and frameworks we bring with us.

5. Payments

Pay as outlined in your proposal. Delays may pause work. We're flexible, but fair.

6. Confidentiality

We’ll keep your info private. You’ll do the same for ours.

7. Warranties & Limits

We deliver great solutions, but no system is perfect. Our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us.

8. Ending the Engagement

Either party can stop with notice. We’ll invoice for work completed.

9. Updates

We may update this page. If big changes happen, we’ll let you know.
